M. Jason Founds

has been a partner in the firm since 2014. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Political Science from Ohio University in 1995. He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 1998, with honors. He was admitted to practice in 1998, and is admitted to practice in all courts in Ohio, including both Federal Districts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has successfully represented clients throughout Ohio in jury trials, bench trials and appeals and before the Ohio Supreme Court. Jason is a member of Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Insurance Law Committee. He also is active in the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, serving on the Insurance Coverage and Personal Injury Committees, and he is vice-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
